Crab Boil Ramen

6 hardboiled eggs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup minced garlic
6 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
9 teaspoons light brown sugar
3 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
3 teaspoons paprika
1½ teaspoons red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1½ cups chicken broth
¾ lemon, juiced
Salt to taste
Lightly dried Italian herbs (for garnish)
½ lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb imitation crab legs
3 packs ramen noodles (use noodles only, discard seasoning)

Instructions
1. Prep the Proteins
Sauté the smoked sausage slices until browned.
Boil or sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked through.
Warm the imitation crab; set all seafood aside.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
Mix in Old Bay, brown sugar, onion powder, lemon pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and bring to a medium-high simmer for about 6 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in lemon juice and salt to taste.
3. Cook Ramen Noodles
Cook the ramen noodles (al dente), drain, and set aside.
4. Bring It All Together
Add sausage, shrimp, crab, and ramen to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
Top with halved hardboiled eggs.
Drizzle extra sauce over the eggs and garnish with dried Italian Herbs.
